Naznin Jiva Fitness is all about helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles through personalised training and ongoing support. Founded by Naznin Jiva, a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, the brand combines expert fitness coaching with a passion for wellbeing to help clients achieve lasting results — whether that’s fat loss, strength building, or overall fitness.

 

I offer 1:1 personal training, group sessions, online coaching, and nutrition advice tailored to real life. Growing up in an Indian household while living in British culture, I’ve experienced the best of both worlds when it comes to food and lifestyle. That’s why my approach is about balance — helping you enjoy traditional meals, family favourites, and the foods you love while still making progress towards your goals.

 

At Naznin Jiva Fitness, the focus is on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel empowered to take control of your health, build confidence, and enjoy the journey as much as the results.

My Story

Hi, I’m Naznin — the face behind Naznin Jiva Fitness.

 

Fitness hasn’t always been part of my life. In fact, I used to dread anything that involved sports or the gym. Like many people, I struggled with confidence, motivation, and not knowing where to start. But over time, I made the decision to take control of my health — and that choice changed everything.

 

Through consistent training, learning proper technique, and building healthier habits, I transformed not only my body but also my mindset. I discovered a love for the process — the strength I was gaining, the confidence I was building, and the energy it brought into every part of my life.

 

That journey inspired me to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, so I could help others who feel just like I once did. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, fitness, or simply feeling healthier and more confident, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

 

I believe that sustaining a healthier lifestyle isn’t just about exercising every day or eating “perfectly” all the time. It’s about balance — enjoying the things you love while making choices that support your long-term health. For me, that includes attending kickboxing classes to challenge myself and having fun in the gym, as well as baking and enjoying the foods I love without guilt.

 

I’ve been where you are, I understand the challenges, and I know how incredible it feels to finally achieve results you never thought possible.
